Job DescriptionAs the Upstream Production Supply Coordinator in the Oil and Gas sector, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing supply chain operations within joint ventures involving multinational corporations (MNCs). Your responsibilities will center on ensuring precise execution, adherence to industry standards, and fostering collaborative teamwork for efficient supply chain management in upstream production activities. Roles and Responsibilities: Supply Chain Oversight: Manage and supervise supply chain operations within joint venture projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and optimizing efficiency in collaboration with MNCs.Compliance and Standards: Enforce strict compliance with industry standards and regulations, drawing from experience gained through successful multinational collaborations to maintain a high level of quality and regulatory compliance.Collaborative Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance, streamline processes, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources.Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies using specialized software or tools to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize shortages or excesses.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports detailing supply chain performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics for review by pertinent stakeholders involved in overseeing supply operations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management within the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in joint venture initiatives involving MNCs.Knowledge: Professional understanding of supply chain principles, industry regulations, and best practices.Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred)Advanced proficiency in relevant software applications and tools for supply chain management.
