Job Description:As the Field Production Coordinator in the Oil and Gas industry, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate field operations within joint venture projects involving multinational corporations (MNCs). Your role will focus on meeting production targets, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing production efficiency while addressing challenges in multinational settings. Roles and Responsibilities: Field Operations Supervision: Supervise and coordinate field operations within joint venture projects with MNCs to ensure the achievement of production targets and adherence to operational standards.Collaborative Process Optimization: Work closely with field staff to optimize operational processes, leveraging experience gained from multinational project collaborations to streamline workflows effectively.Efficiency Enhancement Strategies: Implement strategies aimed at enhancing production efficiency and reducing downtime within joint venture operations to maximize output.Proactive Problem Solving: Conduct regular inspections and proactively address operational challenges that arise within multinational settings, ensuring swift and effective solutions. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 6 years’ experience in field production within the Oil and Gas industry, specifically involving joint venture projects with MNCs.Knowledge: Profound understanding of field production processes, industry best practices, and standards.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leadership results in multinational project environments.Software Proficiency: Experience with software tools used in upstream production operations such as Schlumberger’s Petrel, Halliburton’s Landmark, Weatherford’s Avocet, or similar upstream production management software is highly advantageous.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
