We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist with extensive knowledge of labor laws in Oman and visa regulations. The ideal candidate will be an Omani national who can effectively manage HR functions and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews
• Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws and visa regulations.
• Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Omani labor laws and visa processes.
• Proven experience in human resources management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
