-Data Entry, filing, copying, scanning and document management for the Construction Division.
-Filling and following up with Hr regarding Leave Form, sick leave and Duty Resumption Form.
-Communicate with Clients for project related matters.
-Manage and maintain for the projects detailed and organized files, both electronic and hard copy.
-Prepare written responses to routine enquiries, prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, MOM, drafts, memos, emails, power point presentations, etc.
-Prepare, submit and manage daily timesheet, overtime sheet, petrol bills, work permit.
-Ensure proper document record keeping and perform miscellaneous additional duties as required.
-Coordination with Engineer’s and Manpower at site. Reporting to the Project Manager.
