Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and documents. Ensure that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible when needed
Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed. Keep the office environment organized and efficient
Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure that all arrangements meet the organization's requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
