One of the professional and growing Travel company in Amman looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join the team. As a Travel Consultant, you must be highly organized, customer-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Knowledge of travel systems (Sabre is preferable)
-Gather customer information and determine their travel requirements.
-Provide accurate information on available travel options.
-Book airline tickets, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
-Analyze and prioritize customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
-Keep track of special promotions, discounts, and offers.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as Travel Consultant or similar role
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy
-Ability to think strategically and execute plans in a timely manner.
-Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities
