JOB TITLE : Sales Engineer / Business Development COMPANY BACKGROUND & PURPOSE OF POSITION:Join our dynamic team at a leading company specializing in the distribution of Innovative Construction Materials such as HPL products, expansion joints, flooring solutions, wall protection ,WPC products as well as fit-out & joinery. We cater to contractors, consultants, interior designers, and specialized applicators. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:•tCoordinating all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry/RFQ through the closing of opportunities.•tPursue leads through effective lead chasing strategies, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing relationships with possible clients.•tTracking and reporting the status of potential projects, markets, customer news, and developments.•tLeading the development and preparation of pre-qualification files, formal presentations, submittal proposals, and contracts.•tBuilding and maintaining solid, long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers/developers within the commercial construction industry.•tWorking under pressure to meet sales quotas and business development goals.•tServing as a key person in driving sales initiatives and strategies. REQUIREMENTS:•tDiploma/Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.•tMinimum of 2 years of prior work experience in sales, business development, with expertise in expansion and movement joints, sealants, wall protection, entrance mats, stair nosing, and carpentry & fit-out.•tDemonstrated results in meeting sales quotas or business development goals.•tProficiency in reading technical drawings and using computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and AutoCAD.•tUAE driving license required.SALARY PACKAGE:AED 4,000 to 6,000 based on experience + Transportation allowance + Annual Flights + Insurance + Strong Incentives Scheme, subject to candidate experience and qualifications Whatsapp : +971502323001Note: Please ensure that your qualifications and experience align with the requirements stated above before applying.
