Duties & Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Contribute to the development of company rules and policies according to the local laws and regulations.Manage the recruitment and selection process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and conducting interviews.Assist with the performance management and employee evaluation.Assist with payroll, compensation and benefits.Prepare/write correspondence and other required documents to internal and external parties.keep records of all employee-related documents, perform data entry, maintain and update HR database system.Give guidance and support to all employees to generate a positive and encouraging work environment.Maintain confidentiality of information.Perform administrative and any other related task as assigned. Job Requirements Degree in human resources, administration or equivalent.Proven experience in human resources department.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills and detail-oriented.Very good listening and observation skills.Knowledge in labour law and HR practices.Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
