Roles and Responsibilities:n·tReviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. n·tPrepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and the client. n·tScrutinizing, maintenance, and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. n·tLiaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. n·tPreparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. n·tAdvising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. n·tKeeping track of materials and ordering more when required. n·tDocumenting any changes in design and updating budgets. n·tTraveling from the office to various sites as required. nRequirements:n•t3 + years of experience in the relevant field. n•tExperience in Working on High Rise office – multi apartment buildings. n•tBachelor's degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, management, or similar. n•tGood Knowledge of building and construction in MEP and Civil domain required. n•tSound knowledge of construction. n•tValid Bahrain driver's license. n•tGood communication skill. nnInterested candidates please send your CV to redacted address nInterested candidates please send your CV to (only messages strictly no calls).
