Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support the marketing team by coordinating and collating content.Duties and Responsibilities Create layouts from scratch as needed, design print and digital materialsUse graphic design software and work with a variety of mediaCollaborate with the Marketing Specialist to develop design conceptsPrepare images to coincide with social and blog postsAssist with website and blog, post updatesDevelop a portfolio of work that will be used to support the company’s brand strategyAssists in creating performance reportsWork alongside the Marketing Specialist on other marketing and administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to timeSupport on proposal deck design across for all programs and new businessSupport on communication and outreach reports that analyze all activities and social media engagementCoordinate and participate in outreach activities such as community events, workshops, and other communication opportunitiesMaintain a working knowledge of key industry trends, competitive issues, and products Requirements Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic DesignExcellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skillsKnowledgeable in digital software such as Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and other graphic design softwareKnowledge of video editing is a plusStrong creative and analytical skillsPreferably with background in Marketing
