Job Specifications HR Coordinators are professionals who complete administrative duties for the HR department. Responsible for all administrative tasks with several roles including recruitment, maintenance of employee records, visa, ticketing, desert pass, and administrative support to all employees. HR Coordinators also make plans that are in accordance with legal regulations, as well as ensuring the plans and provisions are followed in line with the law. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Searching CV’s according to the request of the clients and the qualifications requirement needed.Contact the potential candidates and introduce them to the position required by the clients.Schedule meetings for the potential candidates approved by Clients, make initial interviews negotiate the salary offer.Discuss the opportunity and benefits of working in Libya.Coordinate with the client regarding the mobilization status of their approved candidates.Once approved., The mobilization procedures should be followed.Coordinate with the liaison officers for the Visa process of the successful candidates approved by the clients.Coordinate with the Travel Agency for the itinerary schedule of the incoming new employee.Coordinating with the hotel accommodation for the incoming new employee of the company.Preparation of contracts before they start to work with the clients.Proper coordination with the liaison officer for the safety and security of each employee. (Transportation services from Hotel to Office and vice versa)Coordination and receiving the monthly timesheet from TRIPOLI BASED AND FIELD BASED.Allocate the scheduling for the rotations of each employee according to their signed contract.Maintain and update digital and physical employee records.Monitoring the validity of Passport and Desert Pass, and the status of the current visa. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate should have a least 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries, He/ she will have exposure and experience working within an HR environment, including gaining knowledge of daily HR functions and best practices as well as working well under pressure. Candidates should also have experience with general HR computer programs, such as Microsoft Office. They must also have experience maintaining employee records and know how to runs the process smoothly.
