Hiring Household Services Manager with one of our clients, who is a Royal Family in Al-Ain, UAE. Requirements: • Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in managing domestic staff and VIP service. • Knowledge of hotel service standards and best practices. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Effective communication skills. • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Responsibilities: • Domestic Staff Management: Oversee and manage a team of domestic staff, including housekeepers, drivers, and other support personnel, ensuring they deliver impeccable service. • VIP Service: Implement and maintain VIP service standards in the household, providing a seamless and luxurious experience for the residents and guests. • Training and Development: Train and develop domestic staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively and professionally. • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring that all household tasks are completed efficiently and on time. • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage household inventory, including supplies, groceries, and equipment. • Communication: Act as a liaison between the residents and domestic staff, ensuring clear and effective communication. • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all aspects of the household are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise in the household promptly and professionally.
