Hiring Assistant Housekeeping Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE NOTE: Only currently working in UAE is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring a cohesive team. • Quality Assurance: Oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel, ensuring that all rooms and public areas meet or exceed our quality benchmarks. • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that resources are optimally allocated and costs are controlled. • Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring that guest satisfaction remains a top priority. • Training and Development: Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the housekeeping team. • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of housekeeping operations and provide regular reports to the Housekeeping Manager.
