Sales Engineer

Job Opening at WENZA: Sales Engineer in UAE 3+ years of experience in metal cutting industry is necessary! Responsibilities: • Conduct clients’ analysis in terms of their technical demands, communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary • Control all the technical implementation processes and optimize them • Control tools marking and shipment in terms of tools quality together with quality control department • Conduct test trials of the tools produced by the company on customers production sites (metallurgy, automotive, pipe rolling industry, railway industry, etc) • Search for new clients and partners in accountable area, communicate with them • Collect information about the technical objectives from potential and existing customers and prepare technical solution with the proper tools and cutting modes together with technical support department • Work with the customers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements, help clients to solve problems with tools usage • Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective • Prepare technical proposals and commercial offer preparation • Prepare and collect technical reports on trials, make reports on sales and prepare sale plans Skills: • Team collaboration • Sales management and goal orientation • Ability to build customer relationships easily • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Presentation skills and ability to convey product value • High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory • Readiness for regular business-trips around the region Minimum qualification: • Higher/middle technical education (priority: metal-cutting machines and tools, mechanical engineering technology, mechanical processing or engineering faculty at a specialized technical university/college) • Fluent English as a second language • 3 years of reliable technical background (experience as an engineer at a manufacturing company with metal cutting sites, an engineer / sales manager at a manufacturing company or a seller of metal cutting tools) • Good knowledge of the nomenclature metal-cutting tools produced by the leaders of the international market (Sandvik, Iscar, SECO, TaeguTec, Pramet, Korloy, Kennametal etc.) Benefits and Conditions: • Career perspectives and growth in the agreed region (perspectives to grow as a Head of Sales) • Ambitious team working worldwide • Salary and accommodation compensation is under discussion with the successful candidate Please note that the authenticity of diplomas and references provided in your application will be verified.
