Hiring Account Receivable Incharge Job Overview: Gulf Fruits Trading Company is seeking an experienced Account Receivable Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our accounts receivable function. The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Account Receivable Manager will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and collecting outstanding invoices to ensure the company’s financial stability. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Management: • Develop and maintain efficient procedures for managing accounts receivable. • Implement the credit policies and procedures. • Monitor and review customer accounts to ensure timely payments and compliance with credit terms. Invoicing and Billing: • Monitor and supervise the team for accurate invoices to clients. Verify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and maintain proper documentation. Collections: • Implement a collection strategy to minimize overdue accounts. • Contact customers to follow up on outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans when necessary. Credit Control: • Evaluate and set credit limits for new and existing customers. • Analyze credit applications and make credit decisions in accordance with the company’s policies. Reporting: • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports to monitor aging and payment trends. • Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of accounts receivable. Customer Relations: • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service to address any inquiries or issues regarding their accounts. Team Management: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounts receivable professionals. • Ensure that team members are meeting their performance targets. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and credit control. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Team management and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
