Education / Work Experience / Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree or MBA in human resources management/ business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR Manpower companies out of which 5 years of extensive managerial experience in team handling and management in Manpower Planning, Marketing, Business development.
• Familiar with Kuwait private sector labor law.
• Experience in recruitment, Manpower Supply Staffing, and Business Development
• Familiar with a variety of industrial and field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in HR information systems, ERP, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective Marketing and sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excel at multi-tasking in a fast-phased environment, completing projects within time and budget constraints.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be dynamic and aggressive about achieving sales targets.
