We are seeking an experienced Network and Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, and Microsoft Azure. As a Network and Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and optimal performance. With your strong knowledge and hands-on experience in these technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure components, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN concentrators.
Configure and troubleshoot network equipment from Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, and other vendors to ensure seamless connectivity and high availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather network requirements and design scalable and secure solutions that meet business needs.
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall policies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access control lists.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues proactively to minimize downtime and optimize network performance.
Conduct regular network assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to network and infrastructure technologies.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and manage support escalations.
Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration details, and standard operating procedures.
Assist in capacity planning and recommend enhancements to improve network performance and scalability.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network administrators/engineers.

Deployment of Azure networking, site to site, VPN Gateways and other vendors on Azure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network and Infrastructure Engineer, with a strong focus on Aruba, Fortinet, Cisco, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Aruba networking solutions (ArubaOS, ClearPass, AirWave), Fortinet firewalls (FortiOS, FortiGate), Cisco routers/switches (IOS, Nexus), and Microsoft Azure networking components (Virtual Networks, VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute).
Professional certifications such as Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA), Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desired.
Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, OSPF, BGP, WLAN, and QoS.
Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices, including network segmentation, access control, and threat mitigation.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts and experience with Microsoft Azure networking services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
