The Rental Car Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the rental car department. This includes overseeing the rental process, managing the fleet of vehicles, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. The Rental Car Operations Manager must also be able to work with other departments to ensure that the rental car department is running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the rental process, including greeting customers, explaining rental policies and procedures, completing rental contracts, and processing payments
* Manage the fleet of vehicles, including ensuring that vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for rental
* Ensure that customer service standards are met, including resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Work with other departments to ensure that the rental car department is running smoothly, including the fleet maintenance department, the reservations department, and the customer service department
