Real Estate Specialist – Muscat, Oman
A new company is looking for a young, energetic and motivated Real Estate Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the Omani market to contribute in the startup drive sales, secure deals with property owners, and conduct market research. (to join asap)
Key Responsibilities:
• Agency Development & Management: Build and develop the agency’s fundamentals.
Handle relationships with building owners and agencies, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance.
• Market Analysis: Research trends, analyze competitors, and prepare reports.
• Sales & Marketing: Develop sales strategies, generate leads, conduct property viewings, and close deals.
• Financial Awareness: Monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and prepare forecasts.
• Client Relations: Build strong client relationships and provide excellent service.
Qualifications:
• 3 years’ experience in the Omani real estate market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Report writing proficiency and Microsoft Office skills
• Valid driving license and own car
• Fluency in English & Arabic
