We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting within the manufacturing sector, with a key focus on costing and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and analyze product costs and production variances
• Maintain and monitor cost records, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and inventory valuation
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost reporting
• Prepare and present costing reports to management
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to manufacturing operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of costing methodologies and manufacturing financial processes
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
