Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries according to approved recipes.
• Expertly make “Khaliat Nahl” (Honeycomb Bread) with professional quality in terms of dough, fillings, and baking.
• Accurately prepare “Ruqaq” bread, ensuring the correct thickness and doneness.
• Prepare traditional “Qaroos” bread with high quality and distinctive flavor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organize ingredients and ensure constant availability of materials.
• Work effectively within a team and handle pressure during peak hours.
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in preparing pastries and traditional baked goods.
• Skill in handling bakery equipment and tools.
• Ability to be punctual and maintain accuracy in performance.
• Personal cleanliness and attention to detail.
