We are looking for a committed and hands-on Restaurant Manager to take full responsibility for daily operations and lead the team toward higher performance. The right candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, with a passion for food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff schedules, discipline, and training
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Oversee daily restaurant operations and inventory
Improve customer service and handle guest feedback
Suggest and implement sales and marketing strategies
Monitor expenses and prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Capable of running operations independently
• Currently based in Muscat
• Fluent in Arabic or English
• Ready to start immediately
• Willing to accept a 2-month trial period
