المتطلبات:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال حجوزات الطيران والفنادق والعروض السياحية.
• إجادة العمل على مواقع الحجز المباشر ومواقع الحجز الوسيطة مثل (Amadeus، Galileo، Sabre، Booking، Expedia، وغيرها).
• قدرة ممتازة على التعامل مع العملاء باحترافية ومهارة في التواصل والرد السريع.
• مهارات عالية في التنظيم والدقة وسرعة إنجاز المهام.
• إجادة تصميم العروض السياحية بشكل جذاب (باستخدام برامج مثل Canva أو PowerPoint أو غيرها).
• معرفة جيدة بأسواق السفر والعروض الموسمية، والقدرة على اقتراح باقات تنافسية.
• يفضل من لديه خبرة في التسويق الرقمي أو إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي ذات الصلة بالسفر.
A well-established travel and tourism company is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Reservations Officer with a strong background in ticket and travel package bookings.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in booking airline tickets, hotels, and travel packages.
• Proficient in using both direct booking platforms and global distribution systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, as well as intermediary websites like Booking, Expedia, and others.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and respond quickly.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to handle tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in designing attractive travel offers using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or similar.
• Good understanding of the travel market and seasonal offers, with the ability to suggest competitive travel packages.
• Preferred: Experience in digital marketing or managing social media accounts related to the travel industry.
