Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Nurse
Job Purpose:
To provide urgent and emergency medical care to patients and accident victims either on-site or within healthcare facilities, ensuring swift and professional intervention to preserve life and promote recovery
Key Responsibilities:
For Emergency Medical Technician (EMT):
Respond promptly to emergency medical calls
Assess patient condition and provide immediate care at the scene
Perform life-saving procedures such as CPR, bleeding control, fracture stabilization, and airway management
Safely transport patients to hospitals while maintaining vital care
Operate and sanitize emergency medical equipment
Accurately document patient information and emergency interventions
For Nurse:
Conduct patient assessments and identify care needs
Administer medical treatments and medications as prescribed
Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment
Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certified EMT or Bachelor’s/Diploma in Nursing
Valid professional license (e.g., DOH / DHA / MOH as applicable)
Certified in BLS/ACLS (depending on the role)
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical fitness for fieldwork or long shifts
