Civil forman experience in Oman at least 5 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on earthmoving operations such as excavation, grading, embankment and trench works
Technical Skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Experience in setting up plans, cuts, and fills
Knowledge of earthwork estimation techniques and cost analysis
Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and coordinate a team of workers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Responsibilities
Oversee daily earthmoving operations, ensuring work is completed as per project specifications
Prepare and manage work schedules, coordinating with project engineers and other stakeholders
Monitor equipment usage and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours
Implement safety measures to comply with local
regulations and industry standards
