We are looking for a friendly and efficient Order Taker & Customer Service Representative to join our fast food team. The ideal candidate will greet customers, take accurate food and drink orders, process payments, and ensure excellent service throughout the dining or takeout experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a smile and provide a warm welcome
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system
Answer questions about the menu and suggest items when needed
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments
Ensure all orders are correct and delivered promptly
Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized
Handle customer complaints or direct them to the manager
Work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of service
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
