Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information about the company. .
Document complaints accurately in the system.
Meet performance metrics like customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
Collaborate with team members and adhere to company policies.
Fluent in Arabic and English
With Strong problem-solving skills
Willing to be assigned in Farwaniya
