We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef specializing in Pakistani and Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of traditional and modern South Asian flavors, spices, and cooking techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team efficiently.
Develop and execute an authentic and high-quality Pakistani/Indian menu.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a Pakistani/Indian restaurant.
Expertise in spices, marinades, and traditional cooking techniques.
Strong leadership and staff management skills.
