Driver Coordination:
Assign routes and schedules to delivery drivers
Monitor driver performance and ensure timely deliveries
Address any delivery delays, issues, or emergencies
Reporting:
Collect daily reports from drivers and prepare summaries for management
Track delivery KPIs (on-time rate, completed deliveries, etc.)
Maintain logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
Vendor & Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and business partners
Handle vendor inquiries, complaints, and delivery-related concerns
Ensure smooth communication between the company, clients, and external stakeholders
Operational Support:
Assist with onboarding and training new drivers
Help improve operational workflows and delivery processes
Support general office tasks related to logistics and dispatch
Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery services preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using basic software tools (Excel, Google Sheets, email, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
