Key Responsibilities
• Manage travel bookings and issue airline tickets with precision using the IATA system.
• Utilize the BSP Link platform for accurate reporting and payment processing.
• Offer tailored travel solutions and expert advice to clients.
• Liaise with airlines to resolve booking-related issues efficiently.
• Uphold the highest professional standards and ensure compliance with global travel industry norms.
What We’re Looking For
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with the IATA system.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• IATA certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
• A problem-solver who excels under pressure.
