Job Description: We are looking for an experienced & motivated Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have an accomplishment in selling construction materials, specifically Natural Stone, Marbles, & facade fixing systems for construction & Building Industry used for various types of facade cladding. This individual will be responsible for driving sales & business growth, closing deals, & providing exceptional customer service.
The candidate should have a strong background in Tendering & Estimation, along with a track record in closing deals. Individual will be responsible for preparing competitive tender submissions & estimates to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the construction industry.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and pursue new business opportunities in the construction materials market.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales proposals and quotations.
• Manage and coordinate the tendering process from initial inquiry to final submission.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine costs.
• Supply chain management.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company's products.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry.
• Proven track record of successful sales and deal closures.
• Strong experience in Tendering and Estimation process, within the construction materials industry.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing Estimates and Tender submissions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute sales strategies effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
