Key Responsibilities
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify hardware and software issues in mobile phones,
Repairs: Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery changes, water damage restoration, and motherboard-level fixes.
Quality Testing: Test devices after repair to ensure they function correctly and meet quality standards.
Customer Support: Communicate with customers to explain issues, repair processes, and maintenance tips.
Inventory Management: Monitor tools and spare parts, reporting stock levels and needs for replenishment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
Requirements
Education: Certification in Electronics, Mobile Repair, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in mobile phone repair, with experience in android devices preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in repairing Android and iOS devices.
Strong knowledge of hardware components and soldering techniques.
Ability to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.
