Accurate Activity Recording: Maintaining detailed records of daily activities in the factory, documenting key metrics, production data, and any notable incidents for future reference and analysis.
Financial Process Oversight: Managing financial processes, including budget tracking, invoicing, and payment records, to ensure financial transparency and compliance with company policies.
Effective Company Representation: Demonstrating exceptional presentation skills to represent the company professionally, both internally and externally, showcasing a deep understanding of the company's values, products, and services.
Task Management: Efficiently following and finalizing daily action lists, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that each point on the list is completed accurately and within the specified timeframe.
