Evaluates and adapts new strategies to keep up with current business trends. Works with virtual team, including Service Management, Business Care, and Commercial team. The role requires being on the road working with clients 80% of their time. The person on the role is the most experienced members of a sales team and responsible for guiding and supporting sales representatives/executives and ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors’ sales activities.
