Hotel sales jib including accommodation and food
salary:
1- OMR 150 + 5% of sales after OMR 13000 Omani rials
Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
· Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities and key market segments for growth.
· Conduct client visits and tours, arrange meetings, and prepare presentations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners.
· Negotiate contracts and close major deals with clients.
· Represent the hotel at events, conferences, trade shows, and sales missions.
· Create effective promotional materials and sales campaigns.
· Monitor and evaluate marketing and advertising campaign performance and adjust as needed.
· Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly. ·
. Oversee the preparation of sales reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. ·
- Ability to think strategically and achieve business growth. ·
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. ·
