We are looking for a diet food chef with the following Role Responsibility:
*Organizing and controlling the efficient production of quality diet foods and beverages according to the company's statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
*Prepare, cook, and serve food and beverages following HACCP procedures and in compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations.
*Ensure quality standards are achieved at all times in regards to recipe specifications and measurements, adapting weights and measures to always provide correct meals for diet requirements.
*Sandwich prep, cook-chill methods, food preparation, portion control, stock rotation, wastage, and follow recipes in line with company procedures and best practices ensuring high-quality standards are achieved at all times.
*Ordering and managing food inventory and supplies.
*Develop and plan menus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field
