Perform on site visits to gather information personally with regards to measurements, quantities and any other required information, as and when required.
Ensure that deliveries are as per agreed and set schedules/plans; Follow up deliveries and site requirements.
Ensuring that the specifications are as per the established and agreed-upon requirements.
The monitoring of the delivery schedules and financial implications will be part of the duties.
Responsible for adding new products to production lines and support new production lines in getting started.
Support Management in the improvement of processes to increase output.
Determine and implement quality control standards/programmes to monitor products effectively.
Manage new production equipment and processes as well as new product development projects.
Create, update, and follow the daily planning and production schedules.
Follow up the maintenance of the equipment and liaise with the maintenance team as per prevailing requirements.
Provide technical support as per operational requirements.
Prepare Bills of Quantity.
Assess projects and resource requirements.
Manage attributed project budgets and ensure that there are no higher variances.
