CUSTOMER SERVICE
1) Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
2) Able to work with Flexible duty hour & under pressure and with or without the supervision of Supervisor or Manager.
3) Excellent in communication and analytical skills and ability to work with professional team and most especially with company clients / customers.
4) Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
5) Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to Customer Service, Handling & Solving Customer’s Complaints and Reporting.

= 26-30 years old
= Arab Nationals : Syrian , Lebanese , Jordanian & Palestinian.

= A relevant Training Certificate in Customer Service in Food & Beverage Management or relevant ( Diet Company Meal Subscription )
= Proven work experience as a Customer Service , Call Center / Receptionist or similar role with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Diet Company.
