*Qualifications & Requirements:*
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional Certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CFC, IFR, CPA, etc.)
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage daily cash balances and ensure accurate implementation of financial operations.
- Oversee the organization’s financial management reporting systems and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Ensure adequate cash flow to support business operations effectively.
- Forecast cash payments and anticipate cash flow challenges.
- Prepare and present financial reports for meetings and investors.
- Collaborate with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and monitor profit/loss performance.
- Develop solutions to new financial challenges using financial/treasury expertise.
- Liaise with various departments and business units on financial issues.
- Provide financial advice impacting the company as a whole.
- Supervise Finance Department staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Report fiscal profit/loss on a yearly or weekly basis.
- Manage cash flow and oversee financial transactions both within and outside the company.
- Interact with senior management and ensure accurate audit spreadsheets are maintained.
- Stay updated with financial regulations and legislations.
- Foster positive business relationships with employees, suppliers, and managers to promote a cooperative working environment.
