HSE officer shall ensure the following in accordance to the standard requirements of
Health, Safety & Environment Management System other than his/her routine job
responsibilities–
• assist in complying with current health and safety legislation and/or
regulations with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are
taken to protect the safety and health of learners, staff and visitors.
• Formulate HSE procedures, action plans and programs in consultation with Director
of Admin and HR.
• Carry out Inspections taking into consideration HSE aspect
• The Inspections shall be carried out on regular basis and the reports be duly submitted
to HSE Lead
• Investigate all incidents/accidents and give reports to HSE Lead
