**Restaurant Storekeeper:**
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the inventory levels of all restaurant supplies, ensuring they are stocked and orderly.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to forecast needs and place orders accordingly.
- Receive and check deliveries for accuracy, quality, and condition.
- Keep accurate records for invoicing and stock control.
- Implement and maintain hygiene and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a storekeeper, specifically in restaurant or hospitality settings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory software and data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
**Cleaning Staff:**
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all areas of the restaurant including the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exteriors are clean, sanitary, and well-maintained.
- Handle regular cleaning tasks as well as deep cleaning projects.
- Restock necessary items (e.g., soap, paper towels) in restrooms and dining areas.
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
