As a Barista you will play a key role in our energetic team of coffee enthusiasts who are committed to providing outstanding customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages while maintaining a clean and inviting cafe atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet high-quality standards
• Understand and educate customers on our coffee blend, and beverage options
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment with a focus on safety and cleanliness
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and café
• Contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista preferred
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
