We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive/Manager with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry for a fabrication company in the UAE, specializing in skid-mounted packages and modules, SS and duplex internals, storage tanks and silos, high-pressure piping jobs, and pressure vessels and columns. Key Responsibilities: • Lead generation and developing strategies for marketing • Cold-calling to prospective clients to develop business relationships and present them with our services. • Client Relationship Management • Arrange face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential clients. • Assisting clients in fulfilling their requirements by coordinating with the estimation and fabrication teams to ensure timely delivery. • Organizes, categorizes, and prioritizes sales leads and collects market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customers needs and effectively translate those needs to the sales team • Utilize social media networks such as LinkedIn and other sites to engage clients. • Following-up in a timely manner with potential clients to ensure lead conversion • Establishing and developing business network • Adapting innovative business ideas to maximize business sales and target partnerships with potential clients. • Achieve the quarterly and yearly sales target set by the company Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales-focused job duties, specifically in the fabrication industry • Expertise in client communication and problem-solving • Excellent interpersonal skills • Job Type: Full-time APPLY HERE https://gulfcareerhunt.com/business-development-executive-manager-dubai-uae/
