Senior ICT Engineer required Job description: • Servicing, Testing and Commissioning of Wired & Wireless Networks in accordance with the local Standard and other relevant Codes of Practice/Policies. • Able to stage and configure firewall policies based on the implementation environment. • Familiar with SBC implementations and able to handle deployment projects. • Capable of configuring and implementing a unified call manager setup. • Capable to troubleshoot complex network issues and familiar with Wireshark and other packets tracing tools and software. • Able to conduct online/offline wireless heatmaps based on Ekahau Wireless RF Survey solution. • Participation in design review meetings and workshops and the ability to digest detailed scope of works and drawings. • Experienced in servicing, reactive and preventive maintenance procedures in-line with OEM recommendations and guidelines. • Able to provide client training and demonstration of systems explaining the system’s functionality from operator’s perspective. • Hyperactive and ready to extend working hours or respond to emergency call outs outside of working hours when required by his direct manager. • Ability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines • Responsive to changing demands • Ability to evaluate new approaches, systems and design solutions • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills • Demonstrate at least 34 years previous experience in a similar role • Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise • UAE Driving License • Technical Competencies – Desirable • Certified from the following vendors: Cisco, CommScope, HPE-Aruba, Huwawi, Fortinet, Ruijie, Juniper, Palo Alto, Microsoft, NEC, Avaya. • Basic knowledge in SQL system and other database server.
