Position: Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share across the GCC region.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and challenges within the insurance sector.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop cohesive branding strategies.
- Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
- Guide and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to travel across the GCC region as required.
