PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Secure required sales through the provision of an efficient and courteous service to customers. This may be in a face to face situation or by telephone both prior to and following reservation
• Set up and maintain the sales office and associated areas such as show /view homes and facilities provided for customers' selection of fittings and optional extras for their new homes
• Maintain accurate records and provide up to date information to management so that appropriate standards of operation can be devised to support the company's profitability and status within the industry
PRIMARY DURITES & RESPONISIBILITES
: Secure upane hairaining the sales areas
• Researching the market
• Handling telephone phone call
•Closing the sale
•Closing the rent/leasing
•Presenting and demonstrating features and benefits of available homes
