Job Location: Jordan + KSA + Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Executive to lead our outreach initiatives. This role will focus on establishing partnerships with companies, organizations, and non-profits to offer our online therapy services as part of their employee well-being programs or as an additional support service. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or business development with a track record of selling to enterprise clients and/or non profit organizations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue business development opportunities to establish partnerships and secure new business.Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, non-profit organizations, and other potential partners.Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement strategies and campaigns to promote our services.Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and potential areas for expansion.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPIs.Represent Your Company Name at industry events, conferences, and networking events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a health-related field.Minimum of 5 of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of the mental health industry and online therapy services.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel as needed.
