The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for the below:– Onboarding.– Maintaining employee records and documentation.– Responsible for Internal Communication– Managing HR database and HR system.– Documenting HR procedures– Handling administrative tasks such as processing paperwork and maintaining employee files.– Offboarding. Qualifications– Fair knowledge of HR operations– 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and employee relations– Fair knowledge of Saudi and Jordanian labor law Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:– Previous experience in Consulting Industry– Excellent written and verbal communication skills– Ability to work independently and within a team– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
