KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: •tServe and handle assigned section and maintain highest service standards•tWelcome guests and promptly attend to tables•tServe food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed•tRecord transactions in the POS system correctly and timely•tShare your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests•tCheck-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage•tPerform opening and closing duties as assigned•tReport any complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to Management•tHelp minimize waste, neglect, breakages and mishandling of supplies and equipments•tCarry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
