مطلوب مشروع ديميكي في شركة Luminus في الاردن Luminus is hiring!! Are you a highly organized and experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Luminus is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: ·Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion. ·Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. ·Create and maintain project schedules and budgets. ·Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success. ·Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. ·Identify and mitigate project risks. ·Ensure quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. ·Prepare and present project reports and findings. Qualifications: ·Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field. ·Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is a plus. ·A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with international donors. ·At least 2 years of experience managing professionals across multiple projects, preferably has an experience in working with related governmental bodies throughout the projects ·Professional working knowledge of project management tools and techniques. ·Critical Thinking — using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. ·Real time management skills & Flexibility with working hours. ·Proven organizational skills that demonstrate high attention to detail and multi-tasking ability. ·Very strong interpersonal communication skills and Strategic Thinking. ·Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Arabic.
